    Uber Eats Review

Uber Eats has been around for a while now, its most recently gained greater traction by aligning itself with partner deals such as McDonald’s and Subway. We recently gave the service a try to find out if it’s worth all the hype.

You start by essentially viewing a selection of restaurants on their website, you choose a restaurant that meets your time constraints and budget, delivery fees vary by establishment and are transparent.

Denny’s was the first place we tried, the ordering process was similar to ordering at a drive-thru, you’re presented with a virtual version of the menu including meal prices, you can add options or modifiers at this point, when you’re ready to checkout and start your order process you’re presented with final options like the inclusion of utensils, napkins or any additional condiments you might want.

It’s on this page where you can also include a driver tip, as well as enter any specific instructions for your residence, such as gate codes or other things for the driver to be aware of.

Once you submit your order you get to see the entire process unfold in your web browser, down the actual street level location of your UberEats delivery driver, how cool!

You can choose to have the driver bring the food to your door or meet them at their car by the curb, the driver releases your food and is off on his/her way to complete additional orders. Because the tip and bill are settled on the website there is no need to exchange money or credit cards in person. It’s a refreshing take on delivery and one that I wish we had tried earlier on.

Every year it seems the service continues to expand and make delicious take out more accessible to anyone who wants it. On a whim you could have food delivered for an entire family, UberEats is at your beck and call. It can be costly to rely on for all meals, but when you’re in a pinch or crave convenience this is truly one of the best experiences you could ask for.

Overall we thought this service was fast, professional and super convenient. Among the delivery services available this is highly favorable in almost every area that it services. It can be a little strange at first but you have to remember the drivers are eager to provide top notch customer service as their ratings and tips depend on it, the level of excellent customer centric experience is what sets this delivery service apart from others.
